Can I delete my account?

Contact Us to request for deletion of your account.  

Once your account has been deleted, your private gallery will be also be removed from our website.

Do I have to register?

You can explore our site, play with the cubes and appreciate the designs in the gallery but creating an account will allow you to customize the design of a cube, upload images, save your design and place an order to start your own personal collection. 

Registration is FREE!

 

How do I create an account?

It’s easy! On the top right of the page, click “LOGIN”. 

Fill-up the required fields: username, your email address and password, and you are good to go.

I forgot my password

Click on the “LOGIN” at the top right side of the page and follow the instructions.

  

I want to change my email address and password

Simply log-in to your account, move cursor over the username and select “My Profile”. 

Type in the information you may want to change, then click "Update". 

ORDER

Can I cancel my order?

Try to Contact Us. It may still be possible as long as your purchase order is not yet forwarded to production.  

How do I know my order is successful?

You will be receiving a system-generated order confirmation with your Order Number and the Ordered Items.

How do I pay?

For easier, safer payment transactions, Rubik's Photo Cube insists in using PayPal payment system

Bank transters are also accepted for large quantity orders.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURN

Can I track my order?

Please be informed that ALL packages, except for France, bears NO TRACKING NUMBER.

All shipments are provided for FREE* by Rubik's Photo Cube.

*does not apply to large quantity purchases.

How do I know that my order was sent?

Log-in to your account, then select My Orders that will appear on the drop down menu when you hover on your username located at the upper right-side of the website.  This menu should show the status SHIPPED

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on the location of your chosen delivery address. 

On average, it usually takes: 

2-3 working days for France

4-5 working days for EU countries,  and 

10-14 working days (excluding week-ends and public holidays) to other destinations, including the US, Eastern Europe, Middle-East, Asia and Pacific regions.

*For countries outside Europe, the number of days are variable depending on how your local Post Office and Customs Office treat incoming international parcels, upon which Rubik's Photo Cube has absolutely no control.

How much is shipping/delivery?

Rubik's Photo cube ships purchases to all "valid" destinations worldwide FREE of charge.

However, please contact us directly for for large quantity or bulk purchases so we can provide you simulation of costs.

Return my order?

We highly recommend you to notify Rubik's Photo Cube Customer Service within 7 days from receipt of a damaged product.

We will provide you the proper instructions before initiating the return process yourself.
